DESCRIPTION

The famous Sobrasada is a cured soft spreadable chorizo.  Spicy in flavour.

Made with selected pork meats, minced and seasoned with paprika and matured slowly and carefully.

Belly pork and Lean pork, paprika, salt, dextrose, rosemary extract and antioxidants (tocopherol-rich extract, fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid)
