Sunflower oil, water, choricero pepper pulp (15.9%), wine vinegar, fresh purple garlic (4.6%), modified startch, dried red pepper (3.2%), spices (1.6%), sugar, salt, citric acid, aroma, stabilizer: xanthan gum, natural antioxidants (E-304, E-306)

Preservatives free. Contains sulfites.
