Produced in La Mancha in Central Spain, is made from 100% sheep’s milk and coated with Rosemary. Aged for 12 months
The texture is firm but not dry and has a few small air pockets spread throughout. Ivory coloured, the rim is coated with Rosemary and lard for an extra layer of flavour.
The flavour is very similar to the cured manchego cheese, and the Rosemary coating gives it a superb fragrant aroma and taste
