DESCRIPTION

The worlds most famous bean pot comes from the wild mountains of Asturias, Spain.

The beans are flavoured with all the local specialities like bacon fat and oak smoked fresh chorizo which give an incredible richness to the flat, white, fava bean that constitutes the base of the Fabada.

Our easy to cook ready made Fabada is simply irresistible and will impress any guests, just serve with your favourite crusty bread.

La Granja beans PGI (47%), water, chorizo (lean pork, port jowls, paprika, salt, garlic) (8%), black pudding (port fat, onion, lard, blood, paprika, spices) (8%), Iberian pork fat (8%), olive oil, paprika, salt and saffron.
