Fantastic Blush wine. A new way to know the Somontano – The diversity of landscapes, microclimates and varieties are reflected in this wine.
- Grape variety: 80%Syrah, 20% Garnacha.
- D.O. Somontano
- Vintage: 2020
- Colour: Pale pink with blue iridescence
- Nose: Citrus notes like grapefruit, fresh red fruit like strawberry cake and white flowers.
- Palate: Dry and refreshing, nice acidity.
- Vineyards: Syrah comes from a selection of plots from Torresalas vineyard and Garnacha from the cooler area of Salas Altas.
- Wine Making: Harvest is done taking advantage of the coldest hours of the night, the second half of August, moment that this varieties are beginning to accumulate colour. Soft pressing obtaining a pale pink colour. Fermentation takes place at a 14ºC.
