Beautiful silky and smooth semi sweet white Rioja. A true classic from Rioja
- Grape variety: 90% Viura, 10% Malvasia
- D.O. Rioja
- Vintage: 2022
- Colour: Pale yellow with golden hues
- Nose: It has a delicate bouquet with hints of fresh flowers and tones of ripe fruit
- Palate: Velvety and smooth
- Vineyards: Located in Rioja Oriental, the most alluvial area from Rioja, with deeper soil containing pebbles and a certain amount of sand.
- Wine Making / Aging: After the grapes arrive in stainless steel hoppers, the bunches are de-stemmed and the grapes lightly pressed. The skin remains in contact with the pulp and must during maceration: 14 hours spent in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10 ºC. After that, the must ferments at an average temperature of 16 ºC. This process is then halted naturally using cold systems, so that the result is a semi-sweet wine with no added sugar
