Garlic paste made with PGI Purple Garlic from Las Pardoner’s, in La Mancha, Central Spain.

One table spoon equals to the garlic paste that you will get with 3 large garlic cloves.

Ingredients

Fresh purple garlic PGI Las Pedroneras (92%), salt and antioxidant: citric acid

Garlic contains naturally occurring sulphites

Origin: Las Pedroneras, Cuenca, Spain

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.
