Pasteurised sheep’s milk, 3% spicy red mojo palmero (sunflower oil, 28% pepper, alcohol vinegar, water, garlic, paprika, 1.58% cayenne, salt, spices, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, acid: citric acid), salt, rennet, lactic ferment, preservative: lysozyme (from egg). In rind, preservative: natamycin. Rind is not edible
