Traditional spanish La Mancha sheep cheese combined with black truffle creates a perfect balance, challenging our senses to perceive its flavor and texture. The truffle makes its way through, making it an innovative earthy flavour cheese with an imposing image.
Use it to make huevos rotos (broken eggs) with potatoes with a unique personality and pair it with sparkling wine, young rosé, white wine, natural cider, cava, or champagne.
