Our tuna fish comes from the Bay of Biscay. Fishermen still use the traditional ways. This practice allows the sustainability of the seas and coasts. They treat their caughts as gold.

Yellowfin tuna loins are packed in olive oil for a delicious juicy texture. Home made olive oil and salt are the only ingredients you will find inside this jar. No preservatives or chemical additives, just the whole flavour of the king fish from our wildest seas. A truly traditional preserve made only using the most artisan techniques from the fishing to the filling.
